1. You understand that the payment to TheGoldenArmory is a donation, therefore there won't be any chance about a refund. Once you've donated towards the server there's no going back. 
2. If you end up getting banned due to not following the rules stated, then you won't be refunded any money! Rules are there for a reason.
3. Any refund requests due to the server not performing, game glitches, or any staff member associated with TheGoldenArmory will not be accepted!
4. All items are virtual and have no value!

What to do if you don't receive your package?

Firstly, please allow up to 24 hours to receive your package. However, if you've waited over this time and have not received your package, then please contact a member of staff by opening a ticket on our discord server: https://discord.gg/weaESvV . Don't consistently messages our staff members! You'll receive your bought package(s) as soon as possible, and half of our staff don't have the permissions to change, give, or add packages!
